Die jungen Triebe könnt ihr pur essen, klein schneiden und in Gerichte geben oder ihr überzieht die Triebe mit Schokolade. Eine sehr geniale Kombi. Ich verwende dafür meistens selbstgemachte Schokolade oder eine gekaufte Schokoladensorte, die nur mit Datteln gesüßt wird.
